Our Services

Acquisition

With our extensive network of agents, landowners, investors and more, we remain well-connected to all the material parties any client could need. Our acquisition process tends to work in one of two ways:

 

  1. Sager Group locates a site (or sites) appropriate for targeted projects, and delivers them as a package to clients or for its own portfolio. 
  2. Sager takes a project or concept presented to them by a client, before locating a suitable site for acquisition. 

 

Our in-house team conducts in-depth demographic surveys to ensure that the alignment of project and site is practical, viable and realistic.

 

We also have extensive expertise in locating investment funds for both our own projects and those of our clients.

Design & Planning

Design: As well as drawing on our own in-house architectural talent, we work closely in partnership with a number of leading designers, consultants and practices.

 

For us, design is never an afterthought, but rather a central part of every single project – from inception right through to completion.

Planning: We have a wealth of experience in navigating complex planning procedures, understanding the requirements for each site and local authority to make the planning process as smooth as possible.

 

We also submit strategic planning applications to maximise the potential Gross Development Value (GDV) and massing of each development site.

Project Management

Sager Group’s project management capabilities allow us to oversee the entire timeline of each and every development throughout viability, acquisition, design, planning, funding, construction, marketing and sales.

Our project managers also help to streamline our communications with clients and partners by maintaining a single point of contact and focus across all project stages.

Construction

Using both our in-house contractors and our relationships with some of the UK’s best subcontractors, we can produce the highest standards of construction achievable across a variety of disciplines.

We have an experienced construction management team – monitoring and controlling all aspects of the construction process and acting as intermediary between client and contractor.

At Sager Group, we manage the entire construction lifecycle. Liaising with incoming commercial tenants, operators and residents, we ensure seamless project delivery every time – from team, to client, to managing agent.

Marketing and Sales

The success of any development rests on the ability to sell or let the project. Sager Group’s commercial team closely monitors local supply and demand of residential and commercial property, analysing and leveraging the market forces at play in each relevant locality.

We prioritise matching a space to a tenant or operator that will enhance the entire development, and provide dependable income.
