Sager Group acquired a commercial building in North London for redevelopment, situated in the heart of the renowned Islington Green.

Sager’s in-house design team fulfilled the brief of designing a unique piece of architecture in this eminent location.

The development comprises 21 unique apartments and a high-end restaurant, currently occupied by Corbin & King.

Zen garden specialist Peter Chan was enlisted to design Rose Court’s beautiful viewing garden. The area’s clean, open design complemented by subtle strokes of greenery provides access to a place of calm and serenity, for those that want to briefly escape the rush of the capital city.
